POSITION TITLE: CUSTODIAN
LOCATION: KROC CENTER
STATUS: PART-TIME; NON-EXEMPT; DAY TIME HOURS
The Salvation Army has an opening for a part-time Custodian.
The primary duties of this position are to clean and maintain the buildings and grounds on the Kroc Center campus to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis after the Kroc Center closes. More specific duties include, but are not limited to cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms; sweeps, vacuums, mops and waxes floors; sweeps sidewalks; cleans windows; dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures; empties trash cans regularly; collects trash from grounds. This position also assists in setting up meeting rooms by setting tables and chairs in specific room configurations.
The minimum requirements for this position include:
Six (6) months experience performing general housekeeping duties; OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
