Renewal Yoga
This classical yoga class cultivates deeper awareness of poses, attention to alignment and understanding of breathing techniques. With regular practice students will gain a strong body, a calm mind, and an open heart.
Introductory Tai Chi
An ancient form of martial arts which will help relieve stress and build internal energy and strength. Movements are slow and coordinated to strengthen and stretch muscles, tendons, and ligaments; improve balance, coordination, and concentration; and improve the efficiency of the cardiovascular system. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels!
Zumba®
The Zumba® program is an effective, exhilarating, Latin-inspired, easy-to follow, calorie-burning dance-fitness party that has taken the fitness industry by storm. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, your abs, arms and thighs are toned up and your energy level is soaring! There’s no other fitness class like the Zumba® Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!
